We’re a small, home-based repair shop built on honesty, quality, and quick turnaround times. To keep everything running smoothly for our customers, please review our shop policies below.

Parts & Special Orders

Some parts may need to be ordered before the repair can be completed. Customers may purchase their own parts and bring them with the equipment, or we can order parts after we have your equipment to ensure we’re buying the correct item. Some parts may need to be paid for in advance, depending on the cost of the part.

Pickup Policy

We’ll contact you as soon as your repair is finished and the item is ready for pickup. Please plan to pick up your item within 48 hours of notification. After 48 hours, a $10 per day storage fee per item applies starting with the day of the initial notification of completion. Storage fees are due upon pickup. Items remaining more than 30 days after notification will be considered abandoned and become shop property. This helps us keep space available and serve customers quickly. Estimates & Turnaround

Most repairs are completed within 1–2 business days. Some repairs may take longer due to parts availability, extensive damage, and/or workload.

Payments Options

We accept Cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due when services are completed.
