Jeremy is a good Technician in my experience. I had a Craftsman Gasoline weed walker and attachable edger. It is about 2 years old, was giving me trouble. Now a days the spares are more costly than buying a new one, it may not be available too or has to depend on Amazon. When I called I was told that if it is something easily fixable c will do it immediately. I went to him and he was so gentle took care of the tool and fixed it; the most important side of his job is that he will charge only for the exact time he spent for that repair. I will give him 5 star for his customer approach and sincerity for his job👍
